Pick up / delivery service
One time operations
- Max. 15 km from Grandsivaz: 1.50 /km

Vet visits (scheduled in advance by the owner)
Dogtastic charges the number of kilometers driven (according to Google Maps CHF 1.50 /km) plus time spent (CHF 45.- per hour or part thereof).

Visit to the vet in case of medical emergency
Vet visits due to emergencies will be charged in full to the owner.

Payment
We accept cash, TWINT and major credit cards (without Postcard).

Down payment
New customers pay for their dog's first stay on the day of arrival.

For stays during the main holiday periods an advance payment of at least 50% on the total stay is required as a deposit.

Cancellations
For cancellations of vacation stays less than 24 hours before arrival we charge at least one vacation day, in fully booked periods up to 50% of the total price.
