- Support for people with limited mobility (e.g. following an accident or illness)
Whenever everyday life offers less opportunity for long walks or social contact, our walking service provides exercise, variety and controlled encounters with other dogs.
Our walking service – how we work
Pick-up (Dogtastic bus)
We will pick up your dog from your home or an agreed location – with a Dogtastic bus specially equipped for dogs.
Walk in a small group
We deliberately conduct our walks in small groups of 3 to a maximum of 5 dogs.
Dogs react to each other – and to their environment. A deer suddenly appearing, a dog running free or an unexpected stimulus can set a group in motion within seconds.
The larger a group becomes, the more demanding its dynamics and control become – and the more difficult it is to maintain an overview.
With a maximum of five dogs, an accompanying person can keep an eye on each animal, intervene early and lead the group calmly and confidently.
Grössere Gruppen mögen organisatorisch einfacher und kostengünstiger sein. Für uns jedoch steht die Sicherheit der Hunde an erster Stelle.
Quality over quantity.
Drop Off
After the walk, we will bring your dog back home, happy and relaxed.
Duration
The walk usually takes 50-60 minutes (depending on the group, weather and situation).
The entire process is clearly structured and focused on the well-being of the dogs.
Who is the walking service suitable for?
Our dog walking service is particularly suitable for dogs who enjoy being outdoors, are generally sociable and benefit from clear structures – and for owners who want some relief or additional support in their everyday lives.
To ensure that all dogs have a good time, we get to know each dog personally in advance.

FAQ
How many dogs are walked at the same time?
We organise groups of between 3 and a maximum of 5 dogs. This ensures that the groups remain manageable, safe and appropriate for the dogs’ needs.
On which days is the walking service available?
Der Spazierservice findet werktags (Montag bis Freitag) statt.
How does the pick-up work?
Your dog is collected from your home within the agreed time window using our specially adapted Dogtastic bus and is returned safely after the walk.
Is there an introductory or trial walk?
Yes. Before a dog joins the service on a regular basis, an introductory walk is carried out. This costs CHF 35.- and is fully credited when an abonnement is taken out. This allows us to ensure that your dog feels comfortable and integrates well into the group.
Does my dog need to meet any specific requirements?
The walking service is primarily intended for sociable dogs who are comfortable in a small group. Each dog’s suitability is assessed individually during the introductory meeting.
What happens if my dog does not fit into a group?
In this case, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you or recommend a different form of care. It is important that the solution is appropriate for both your dog and the group.
What happens if there is not yet a group for my preferred day?
Your dog will be placed on a waiting list. As soon as at least three compatible dogs are available for the chosen day, we will contact you and start the walking service.
How long is a subscription valid for?
Our abonnements are flexibly valid and are not subject to a fixed expiry date. Unused walks do not expire and can be taken at a later date by arrangement.
What happens in bad weather?
The walking service generally takes place even in rainy conditions. In the event of extreme weather, we adapt the duration and structure of the walk or exceptionally cancel a session, always prioritising the safety and well-being of the dogs.
