Why this adjustment is necessary?

For years, we’ve been working with passion and dedication. As owners, we are on duty 365 days a year, from early morning until late at night – for animal welfare, for your dogs, and for the smooth running of our boarding service. Despite this commitment, Dogtastic has so far been a labour of love rather than a profitable business. To maintain our quality in the long term, we now need to carefully increase our income.

Our top priority remains unchanged: your trust – and your dogs’ well-being.

The new pricing model from 1 January 2026

Fair. Transparent. Personal.

At Dogtastic, you only pay for what you actually use. Our new 2026 pricing model is tailored entirely to your dog’s individual needs.

Basic Rates

• Daily rate: CHF 44.– per calendar day
• Overnight surcharge: CHF 7.– per night
• Arrival after 16:30 / departure before 09:30: reduction of CHF 20.-
• From the second dog onwards: CHF 5.- discount per day

Surcharges

• Large dogs (from 45 kg): + CHF 10.-/day, + CHF 5.-/night
• Dogs requiring single accommodation (unsociable dogs): + CHF 20.-/day, + CHF 10.-/night
• Puppies (<7 months) + CHF 13.- /day + CHF 7.- / night
• Arrival / Departure outside of opening hours 40.-
• Arrival / Departure on Sunday or Public Holidays 50.-

Additional services

• Walk outside our area: CHF 25.– per dog / walk, minimum three participating dogs required.
• Grooming service: starting at CHF 90.–
• Medication administration: CHF 3.– per day for simple oral or liquid administration; more complex cases by arrangement
• BARF storage: CHF 3.– per day
• Feeding with Kyli quality food included.
  (If you bring your own food, we reserve the right to charge a small fee for significant storage requirements).

Our appreciation for loyal customers

The new prices will take effect on 1 January 2026. We understand that every change takes a little time to adjust to. That’s why we want to make this transition as smooth as possible for our long-standing customers.

All bookings for stays up to and including 30 June 2026 that we receive by the end of December 2025 or have already received will still be charged according to the previous 2025 pricing model.
