New Drop Off and Pick Up Times for 2026

For a dog to truly settle in and feel safe and “at home”, calm transitions and clear resting phases are essential.

From 2026 onward, we will therefore introduce new drop-off and pick-up times designed to respect both the dogs’ natural rhythm and the reality of working pet owners.

Monday – Friday:
7:00 am - 9:30 pm
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday:
8:30 am - 9:30 pm
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

On Sundays and public holidays, no regular drop-off or pick-up times are offered. In special cases, and where it fits into the care routine, we are happy to arrange individual times by agreement.

For all drop offs and pick ups outside opening hours, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, the surcharges are charged according to our Price List 2026.

These time windows will give your dogs more inner calm – and give you more planning comfort, without pressure and without rushing.
